We shot it on Portra 400 medium format film alongside plenty of digital. Film is the add-on I reach for when a session is this cinematic; the grain does something no preset can fake, and nobody else in Colorado maternity offers it. The studio made the set builds possible, and the film page shows what Portra does to skin and light.

Lily came to the studio with a concept I loved immediately: clean, playful, straight out of a '90s Gap ad. She brought her husband and her daughter, and the three of them leaned all the way in.
